hey guys dancing here I'm gonna show you how to reset your V stick cs6 one two four so that it will connect to the base the handset in the base are not connected right now and you can tell by that it says out of range or no power at base and so I've had some customers who had some problems getting these things but he said so here's what you have to do you have to actually this this handset is set up for that base and so sometimes when I send these athletes refurbished phones I just put a base with a handset and you know a hundreds of these so I don't check each one but but here's how you reset it so you're gonna hit menu and then you're gonna go down here and hit star seven eight nine zero pound star seven eight nine zero pound and then it will say test base you want to scroll up with the little arrow here so it says test handset and hit menu again now you'll see it says SW version you'
