hi this is Rick from cable supply.com today I'm going to show you how to terminate a coax TV cable okay today I'm going to be showing you how to terminate a coax TV cable to do this obviously we're going to need a coax cable we'll need a cable stripper we'll need an f-type connector and a compression tool first off you take the cable stripper place it onto the cable leaving a small amount of the cable extending out beyond the cable stripper then you'll just spin the cable stripper several times back in the other direction and this cable stripper has made a nice clean cut here now if this back portion does not want to come off you'll just take a needlenose plier to grab onto the last bit of the insulation that doesn't come off and pull it off next you'll take the f-type connector and insert it onto the end of the cable and this part takes a little bit of force to get the cable up into th
