okay well I picked up these two monitors from the office i office take a look at them see like a victim they are Samsung sync master 2 4 4 3 24 inch LCD monitor and being Samsung I kind of thought it'd be the usual bad capture the power supply because the digital symptom was the monitor is totally dead I mean plugged in but it actually would do literally nothing no lights on the front no sign of any any life at all so this is how you fix up because these two months us both have exactly the same fault and it has nothing to do with the power supplied I prove that because there's we put a lot about 50 of these at work so I pinched working one swap the the good power supply in and it still didn't fire up now the power supply in both these monitors look absolutely perfect there's no sign of any bolting or leaking caps not that you can always tell visually if the cap is bad I have seen caps i
