Palm leaf dishes are handmade from fallen areca palm leaves that would otherwise be discarded or burned. Leaves are sorted for quality, pressure washed, cut with a hydraulic press, sanitized with high heat and UV light, and packaged in recycled materials. Because trees are never harmed during production, palm leaf products are friendlier to the environment than paper.
