hello I'm gonna walk you through how to replace the screen on a HP Pavilion g7 and this is how the screen looks prior to me we replacing the display I just received my new one and I am going to replace that so the first thing you need to do is power off your machine just hold the power button in and you want to turn it around and take the battery out to make sure there's no power going to the unit once that is completed you'd open back up your screen and there's two places that you need to remove a little little sticky pad in this corner and also in this corner just use it I used a little small screwdriver once you get that off then you just proceed to unscrewing those little screws on both sides I'm actually using this little small little utility Phillips screwdriver so once those are out sometimes it there they're kind of hard to get out sometimes but you can tip it over it please don
