everybody in this video I want to show you guys how to reset how to hard reset and soft reset your blue dash 5.0 and if you wanna you know if you wanna erase everything on your phone because it's going kind of slow or maybe if you have a password on it and you can't get into it I'm going to show you how to do the hard reset as well first let's start off with the soft reset which is if you if you can get into the phone first thing you're going to do is just go to settings it's really easy just go to settings you're going to go down to where it says backup and reset factory data reset and then you're going to hit you a reset phone and confirm by hitting erase everything now remember that that is going to delete everything on your device and it's going to reset it back to its factory condition so you may want to back up any photos or contacts you know any any files that you want safe alrig
