If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange, subjected to a restocking fee. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, the original computer box with the protective foams. We send our computers double boxed and we expect to get the returned item the same exact way to avoid shipping damages. The buyer is responsible for cost of any damages during shipping and missing items.
