here's I have to install a cage nut on a server rack if you have cage nuts and you don't have the specific installation tool for it there is a pretty neat little tool that reaches in from one side of the rack hooks onto this and pulls it through but if you don't have that you can just push one of these little lips into the square hole grab a screwdriver the thinnest one you have push against it and pop it through the hole from the backside then you've got your cage nut yours rack and then you put your bolt in from the other side I'm going to show you on a server here alright so take your nut put it behind the metal here get your screwdriver in there and just pop it through and of course making sure you put the nut behind it rather than in front of it so that when your bolt goes through the bolt is on one side and the nuts on the other side and just just pop it in it's that easy then rem
