hi i'm ken from orion telescopes and binoculars and in this video i'm showing you the orion solar filters the kit of two 450 millimeter binoculars I'll show you how to properly sized them to fit snugly so they're not going to come off if they include some shims in order to get the proper size and then once you've got it on there you're ready to start observing the Sun ten by fifty binoculars like these are great for the bigger sunspots any day when the Sun is out or when there's an eclipse you can see the partial phases with a pair of filters like this so let me show you how to install them and go outside and look at the Sun the solar filters for our 50 millimeter binoculars fit a little loose onto the binoculars because each of our binoculars are slightly different sized so we include this little shim material that you can use to size them properly without the shim it's gonna fall off
