welcome everyone today we're going to be doing an unboxing and review of the plantronic audio 400 dsp headset some of the features these headsets provide are a digitally enhanced noise cancellation microphone a digital signal processor that delivers the full spectrum of the human voice they're foldable for easy storage and transport as well as having a quick adjust microphone boom and a small string cinch storage bag i use these plantronics as my general purpose headset for things like watching youtube videos streaming radio and some online gaming this pair is my third iteration of the plantronics line and as you can see they look very similar to previous versions with perhaps some subtle cosmetic differences i'm replacing the older pair as i've lost sound in the left earpiece however for the most part each pair i've had has lasted for several years despite the plastic and sometimes awk
