good morning YouTube what's happening what's going on today I'm going to be showing you guys how to install a factory BMW auxilary input kit in an e 53 x5 with navigation this should also loosely apply to the e39 the e 38 and the e46 models with navigation to see the standard audio input kit installation without navigation please see my other video linked in the description below here's a closer look at the auxilary input kit here's the part number and as always I will link that up in the description below ok so the first thing you want to do is take your plastic pry tool I don't recommend using like a metal screwdriver on these plastic bits but I suppose if you don't have one of these nylon tools you could proceed very carefully but you know you risk breaking or skirt scraping up your trim okay so first we're going to remove this bezel that goes all the way around our navigation screen
