okay i had a viewer ask me how to measure the um isolation of a coax switch i think he met one of these and so i have the world's worst coax switch right here i featured this in a video a while ago it's just a joke a thousand watts it's just a joke anyway i thought it'd be a good one to measure uh for the isolation because it might not be that great and anyway the other reason is it's the only coax which i own so there you go so i've put adapters on all of the connectors so they're all bnc now so i can i can deal with it uh so okay so the first thing we need to do is calibrate and i want to calibrate through the antenna switch i want to make sure that it's working it it it it it takes into this into the into this into account so what we're going to do is we're going to actually use my my bnc load open short load calibration standard and i'm going to calibrate on this connector here okay
