all right folks it's the end of spring coming into the beginning of summer and the pond has turned a nice shade of green again it kind of happens every year you get a lot of stuff blown in over the winter and now the sun's heating up the water algae starting to grow and you got a lot of just crud in the water that's helping to feed that algae we do have one filter running over there which has been doing a pretty good job and has been pulling a lot of stuff out but we're going to try to kick it up a little bit for the beginning of the season and what we've done is we've done our normal I do this every year we pull everything out of the waterfall let it dry out and really give it a thorough cleaning because a lot of stuff gets caught up in the waterfall but what we're going to do today is we're going to build a pre-filter we're going to use our pump that's the pump right there that feeds
