welcome back to the channel well this video is a bit more personal than a lot of the other videos i've made i've not mentioned it on the channel yet but back in late july we found out that our dachshund who was just shy of turning 10 years old had congestive heart failure and it progressed pretty quickly she started retaining fluid and the doctor drained a little over 600 milliliters of fluid twice within two days and it just kept coming back the lasix medicine that she had does not touch it and unfortunately we had to make the uh the choice to put her to sleep we didn't want to see her suffer anymore she was a great dog she had the best nine and three quarter years of a little more than three quarter the best almost 10 years of life that a little dachshund could ever hope for and that was very very difficult to get through still hard to think about and i didn't think i would be ready f
