hi I'm Jamie Eason with oxygen magazine and today I'm going to show you my six minute total body workout and all you're going to need is a set of dumbbells [Music] for single leg deadlift upright row you want to stand about shoulder width apart you're gonna hold the dumbbells out in front of you about mid thigh you want to balance on one foot I'm going to do my right first and slowly you're gonna bend at the waist bend down over the knee down to the toe keep your chin up and your eyes focus forward and then come back up the same way straight into an upright row [Music] okay next exercise in this series is gonna be a squat into a hammer curl into overhead shoulder press so you want to stand a little wider than shoulder width apart and as you do the squat you want to keep your focus forward and you want to sit back like you're sitting back into a chair you can just hold the weights here o
