this is the Sony DC rhc 28 it is a mini DV camcorder released by Sony in the year 2006 this particular unit is actually manufactured in the first quarter of 2007 and I know that because I was able to check the Sony date code here on the bottom you can see it says 7a that means first quarter of 2007 and second quarter would be be third quarter will be seen fourth quarter would be D pretty much every Sony camera has a date code like that so if you're curious when yours is manufactured you can check sometimes it's on the bottom sometimes it's behind the screen and some of them between the years you know the mid 90s and the early 2000s some of them have the full month and year printed about when they were manufactured but the majority of Sony cameras have it in a certain code format like this one here so this is the DC RHC 28 2006 you know I was pretty late in the development of digital tap
