Hi I'm Michele Laroy I'm a New York based advertising photographer. Today we're going to be doing a fitness lifestyle shoot with the Lastolite By Manfrotto 4 meter wide Panoramic Background. We're going to be working with a fitness lifestyle model named Alicia. Alicia and I are going to be taking some cool fitness photos, she's got an amazing athletic prowess. Are you excited? I am! I'm super excited too! Today we're using six Bowens mono heads and I've got them set up into a configuration where I've got some hair lights. I've got two rim lights, one on either side to add definition. Then at the front I've got a soft light source to help model the body and make the face look good. Then I've got a fill light, this is just a bare bulb light. In the overhead lights, the two at the back act as hair lights and are set to about f11.
