Hi, this is Mark from Show me Cables, and today, I'm going to show you how to terminate a TNC male connector for RG8. For today's project, we're going to need RG8 coax cable. A 3-piece TNC male crimp connector, coax stripper and crimp tool. To begin, take your coax strip tool and remove the outer jacket and inner dielectric. By using a coax strip tool, you can remove both at the same time. Simply rotate the stripper around the outside of the jacket. Then, slide the ferrule on top of the jacket, push back the braided shield over the jacket, slide on the center pin, and slide on the outer housing. Fold the braided shield back over the connector housing and slide up the ferrule. Take your crimp tool and crimp the ferrule to the jacket. This compresses the ferrule and securely attaches it to the jacket. Give it a slight tug to make sure it's properly seated and you have successfully crimped
