Size L : waist belt length is about 87-97cm

How to use :
1. Use wet cloth to wipe the heat part of neck/waist/knees massager before you wear them on. You will feel obvious heating on the neck after about 15-30 minutes. It takes longer time if you do not make the heating parts wet.
2. It's a re-use product and can be used for very long time.
3. Just wash by hand. No need any soap.
