Hello, I'm Odin, and I'm gonna make another requested prop from My Hero Academia. It's Professor Aizawa's Eraserhead Goggles! I want the goggles sized for a smaller head than mine, so I start with my EVA foam covered styrofoam head. I wrap it with some aluminum foil and then strips of duct tape so I can copy the shape. I draw on the outline of the base of the goggles. I try to keep those lines looking straight because the shape of a human face will make those goggle lines change when I flatten them out, and this was the easiest way for me to find it. This gives me a pattern to cut a set of goggle cushions from some softer foam. First, I copy the tape pattern onto cardstock, then I cut a set from some 5 millimeter black craft foam. I heat them with a heat gun and then form them back to the shape that I need on the blue face. I'll just tape them on for now; I need them as reference for th
