today I'm going to introduce you to the brand new Garmin Forerunner 10 this is a base running lodge to get you started using Garmin electronics collecting your data as you run we have the power button up here you hold it in to power the unit off or you tap it to control the backlight we have our back button you hit this to back out of any menu without saving anything we have our Run button here which will start our runs it will also act as an enter button in the menus and then we have our scroll button this little down arrow one thing to note about this down arrow button here is that if you go past an option in the menu you will have to scroll all the way around and back to that option there's no apparel to go backwards that's alright because these menus are very short and to access the menus all you need to do is from the page here hit the down arrow we have our run options when we go
