everyone I'm reviewing this radio that I found for my husband because he likes things that are down to the basics it's defined as an emergency radio which to me the definition of emergency would be something that you could access when you don't have electricity this one you can okay you've got the option so you've got the rechargeable battery but of course that's going to eventually run out you also have the option of putting in a couple of three double A batteries that would work until they run out so I guess that would be an emergency that would run out well you have the crank option okay crank option granted it takes quite a few cranks to get it charged up but it does work the other option is the solar panel on the tap which would probably be your last option that's something that would take forever to recharge the battery but okay an emergency situation getting us anyplace it'll wor
