okay so this the cable matters outdoor category 6 cable what makes it outdoors rated is the jacket it's thicker you be resistant and there's a gel filling on the inside it's not it's not you can't really see it like as you would expect but the gel prevents condish condensation from forming inside the jacket when it gets cold so I tried to use a regular rj45 connector on this for cat6 but it was I wasn't able to I think these it says these are 23 gauge cables but maybe the insulation is a little bit thicker so I've tried connectors from fries and cable matters connectors from Amazon but I can't get to fit so this is what looks like inside you know the gel is white and obviously a little bit messy too that's what it looks like just cheap paper towels handy so to wipe it off when you come there handling it it comes in a spool not a regular pull walks like I guess but most people are used t
