all right how's it going everybody today I'm going to change the LCD screen on this little Acer Chromebook here the model is CB 5 - 5 7 1 - C 1 DZ it's a 15 inch screen and as you can tell the colors kind of wacky and now it's really wacky alright it's a pretty simple process first thing you do is you unsnap little trim piece here and it comes right off I'm also going to power down this just to be safe they're just 4 screws to take off one in each corner of the screen so the small Phillips driver [Music] just for a little short screws they're quite small so if you carefully you don't lose them now once the screws are off the screen is just loose so and now as you can see there is a just one connector and this is probably stuck down on your screen so just peel it off and you can even use it to kind of help pull this connector out it comes straight back just like that there's the old scre
