all right so a client has brought me her laptop and what's happening is it's just not powering on if I pressed the power button it does nothing she didn't bring a charger with her so what I'm gonna try and do is get it hooked up to a universal charger I've got and I think this is the right right power head plug that in yeah and I got a blue light here indicating that it's uh it's correct still nothing when I go to power it on though and she says that the batteries should be fully charged that's how she left it um what happened is she went on a on a trip and she put this inside some luggage wrapped in a blanket whenever she got it out of the luggage and tried to turn it on it just wouldn't turn on so what I'm gonna do is get it opened up and see about getting it up and running so ordinarily on a laptop what you would do in this case would be to disconnect the charger disconnect the batte
