hi this is Jim from cables apply calm and today we're going to just talk a little bit about a wiring diagram some people you know I'm anywhere in the internet you can actually get the color code and all but let's talk a little bit about a wiring diagram and the different wiring standards 586 I'm sorry 568b and 568a this is a cat 5e and all our jacks come with the color code printed right on the side and you can see 568b is this color code here 568a is the color diagram there on that side and they refer to the actual pin outs they're on the top at the VNA now the difference between DNA is just pin outs there's no advantage over using B or na when it comes to the pin out itself but just remember that if you're going to use B then at the at the jack if you're going to use B at the jack and make sure you use B at the patch panel because that's where it would make a difference so if used B h
