hello today we're going to be reviewing the ITN s500 photo and transparency scanner this is commonly available on eBay for around $35 you also see it on Amazon for about that price and comes with the thing where you can scan for bus 4x6 photos as well as slides and I'm going to pull it apart here and show you some of the fittings that come with you there's your USB cable that attaches it to your computer you don't need an auxilary power cord this is the backlight adapter that it will prompt you to install if you don't have it in there and sometimes you have to push it in a little bit you'll put it in and it'll still ask for it again you have to pull out put it back in right here's the slot where you put in your sliders that hold these are 35 millimeter slides or 35 millimeter negatives and the lower slot holds the tray that you can put a photograph in up to 4x6 and so you can scan those
