I'm Mike being from OSD audio we've had a couple questions about our dog ears and about our grills how to remove them and in this section we're going to show you how to deal with that stuff so you don't break anything okay so we have the grill on the speaker a lot of people want to know well how am I going to put this in the ceiling if you got the grill already in there we got your answer first thing you could do is use the metal tool that comes with the product gently pull it out like that the other way you can use the dog ear clamps and ever so gently wiggle them out not recommended because you could put dents inside your grill and that wouldn't be good the other way you can jiggle it out you can notice slowly starting to pop out might take a few minutes but eventually will pop when you receive your product you're going to notice that the dog ears are slightly a little bit tight in th
