This Vision Scientific VMU0005-M monocular compound microscope is 45° inclined to reduce eye and neck strain. It features a reverse nosepiece to facilitate easy slide changes.

Brightfield LED illumination illuminates the specimen from below, making the specimen appear bright, but much darker than the bright background.
