hey guys so this is the smart technology pedometer basically and it is a touch sensitive screen you get a little touch sense dot over here scrolls through your tie your what is that that is the date your steps your a distance your how fast you are going sleet time etc in your settings let me just walk through those this is not a connected Bluetooth connected pedometer so you can't use any apps with it but it does seem to actually track steps in my testing it seemed to actually track them about twice as fast as what some other devices are tracking like my cell phone would track so I'm not quite sure which one is more accurate or not that's something that I think you may want to check out but for the place you know it's kind of hard to be works fairly well it is has a nice silicon band with metal clasps so and then you can just pull it pop it right out of here and the charge there's a cha
