The Standard Propeller Log

In this video, I'm going to attempt to make a wooden propeller I know nothing about them and I don't have a use for one. So I'll quickly explain why. We've just been on a short road trip into the Queensland Outback. And one of the places we visited was the Quantas Museum at longreach. I really liked the wooden propellers on display. And then when I saw one glued up and in clamps, I decided I really wanted to try and make one, it will be just for hanging on the wall, so I'll make it from pine. As it's cheaper and easier to work with than hardwood. I'm going to try and make it just like a real one though for no other reason than I want the challenge. The pieces will be glued and layered on top of each other to form a joint, there'll be six layers and each layer will be made up of one longer piece and two shorter pieces, and the shorter pieces need one end cutting off at 30 degrees.
