welcome today we're going to be taking apart an HP stream 14 and this particular model has the ax is three or four 0wm and what you're going to need is a small Phillips bit this is a 2.5 so you'll want to turn the laptop over and just get some kind of small tool to get under the little feet and you're just gonna peel those feet off and set them aside for now alright and you can see we uncovered the 8 screws that are holding on and the palm rest and back cover together or bottom case I mean and we'll just go ahead and remove the screws alright so once we have those screws out we are going to find the seam here on the palm rest where the bottom case and palm rest meet and we're just gonna get flat tool and go along the edge until we've separated the two pieces [Music] all right so the back part is a little bit tricky you have to get a tool in there kind of around the bottom of the LCD to
