hi this is andrew ty and welcome to my youtube channel today i'm going to be looking at this white screen after login issue on this macbook air so this computer is having an issue where after you log into the computer the screen just stays white and it doesn't log into the desktop correctly so i'm just going to demonstrate that now by logging into this computer so after i've typed in the password i can move the cursor and there's a kind of white screen in the background and there's it's not loading into the computer correctly um we can't get to the desktop i can get to the force quit menu if i hold down the power button this uh power menu does come up um but not particularly useful at this stage i'm gonna what i'm gonna do first is i'm going to restart in safe mode so i'm going to press the restart button and hold down the shift key so that when it starts up it's going to start into saf
