Note: The following video depicts a specific configuration of the notebook. The same removal and replacement procedures apply to all configurations of the notebook. Note: The display panel can be removed without first detaching the display panel assembly from the base enclosure. Before you begin: Remove the base enclosure. Removal: Disconnect the battery cable from its connector on the system board. Toe the tabs on the front edge of the base enclosure into the cut outs in the top cover and lower the base enclosure into position. Apply pressure along the edges of the base enclosure to secure it to the top cover. Turn the notebook over and open the display panel. Carefully pry up the inside edges of the display bezel from the top, sides, and bottom to disengage it from the display enclosure. IMPORTANT: The inside edges of the display bezel are held in place with adhesive. Lift and remove
