is this this is a remote control power supply so you plug this into your wall and then you use this remote control to turn this power on and off so here's an example this has three buttons built-in and they give you these three modules so you can plug in lamps like a radio you can plug in anything you want into this power supply and then remote control it with this power button so this is great for like extreme videos if you have a lot of light setup you can just press the button to test out different lighting scenarios this is great for like just an office if you don't want to get up to go to the other side of the room to turn the light on and off this is a lot better than the clapper I would really recommend this to anybody really they sell these type of things that like Home Depot sometimes or if you search on search online you can find them but I would really recommend this that's m
