three thanks circular polarising photo a forest stream and a beach actually and coffee so that's four things so what is a circular polarising filter it's one of these bad boys what it does is it screws into the end of your camera leads now why would you do this because this thing reduces reflections and increases color situation in your landscape photographs and that's a good thing so what we're going to do is go to a forest stream and see if this makes a difference to our photographs [Music] so I've set up and I have the polarizing filter on the front of my leads you can control the amount of polarization by turning the filter just to and check out how the reflections and the color react to the way the filter is being tuned you can decide the best balance for your photo here is the filter rotate it so it's off and it has no effect I'll rotate it on and have a look at the reflection her
