hello this is the Samsung series seven 17.3 inch laptop it is model NP 700 z7c - so1 us and I'm going to be taking apart the bottom panel removing it to replace it with one that does not have a broken Ethernet tab as I mentioned in previous video this is also useful if you want to access the hard drive of the laptop to put it in an SSD because all the components are buried underneath the bottom cover the only panel being the RAM panel there please note this may void your warranty Samsung is a little bit vague on that it is a bit difficult compared to most laptops to do first step you need to do is remove the RAM access port one simple little screw there and you may need to pry open the panel it sticks pretty good on the top there I need a flathead screwdriver to get in the little notch there and just pop it out you're gentle now you don't want to break it let's go ahead and set that pan
