Flip the system over. Slide the battery latch marked with a one to the unlocked position. Slide the battery latch marked with a two to the unlocked position and slide the battery out of the chassis. Remove the two retaining screws. Flip the system over and open the lid. Use a non-metallic pry tool to lift the tabs out from the palm rest. Slide the keyboard back to expose the keyboard cable. Disconnect the keyboard cable from the system board. Remove five retaining screws. Flip the system over and open the lid. Disconnect the TrackPad cable from the System Board. Carefully pry the Palm Rest up from the inside edge. Disconnect the Backup Battery from the System Board. Peel the battery up from the chassis. Connect the Backup Battery to the System Board. Stick the Battery to the chassis, using the adhesive backing. Align the Palm Rest with the Chassis. Install the front edge first, then pre
