alright so i i had a pair of um skull candies for a while i love these things man loved everything about them but one day they just quit working on me there you go so if you got a broken pair of school candies check this out so just go to skullcandy.com go to support from support go to warranty and from warranty we're going to drop down and select submit a claim select your language next this is the sweet part now it's telling you to put the month and the year that you bought it i just completely guessed y'all i completely just made up uh uh because it has to be within two years but as long as you select but as long as you select you know a date within two years you're good to go and i just put best buy here because i think i got it from best buy could be wrong but i think i got it from best buy then you add a little short detail description of what happened put your contact information
