in this short video I will outline how to set up the Lummi body clock active to begin firmly remove the globe squeezing here it is designed to clip on tightly so don't be afraid to be firm and insert the bulb provided once the bulb is inserted replace the globe you're now ready to set up your Lumi body clock active turn on your body clock active at the mains plug the setup mode is designed to timeout after 12 seconds unless you click forward to the next program mode don't worry if this happens throughout the demonstration simply hold down the middle button for 2 seconds and click through to the required settings so to begin press and hold the middle button for 2 seconds to take you into the programming mode wake-up time use the plus and minus keys to select the time you wish to wake up once you've selected that time press the middle button to move to the next setting set time once again
