hey guys this is on a 2015 GMC Sierra pickup truck half-ton 1500 model it's got the EZ open closed tailgate option on it and anybody who is having similar issues that I have had regarding this little bushing / hinge part and dampener on your vehicle if the plastic bushing that goes on here keeps breaking I think I have a reason or a solution as to why I ordered I've had bought for these things in place now all of them have been in the warranty except for the last one which is covered under a customer satisfaction policy at my local dealership this is the new piece that I bought because I knew they were can be covered anymore found it on eBay or something like that for for about four thirty eight dollars versus the 45 or 46 dollars at the dealership is wanting for these things as you can see this is the one that was recently taken out that was on for less than a week I was actually only
