all right hello everybody so i'm out here uh walking through the woods once again and uh looked down and just happened to notice this little bit of web right here and i had already kind of when as i was walking i had moved this stick out of the way and there's what made the web so this is a juvenile black widow they're absolutely gorgeous when they're young like this they have these white and black stripes they're not white and black they have white stripes and red dots with some striping on them um i believe this is latrodectus mactans the southern black widow but i'm not a hundred percent certain um let's see if i can get a better view of the underside of it figure out where i can focus here we go so that's about as much focus i can get on it so yeah this is pretty sure a southern black widow absolutely gorgeous um really cool find so these guys do have a fairly potent venom you do no
