Answer:
- Press both earpiece buttons for 5 seconds until you hear the prompt : "Turning off". The Red and Blue lights will flash,Then wait 5 seconds, and simultaneously press the buttons on both ear pieces until you hear the prompt : "Turning on"
Both ear pieces will link together and they are now ready to connect to your devices via Bluetooth
Open your device's settings and search for new bluetooth devices, your headphones will appear under the name of "X2-TWS"
You are all set !

Question: How about the playing time of the headphones?
Answer: Single ear endurance time is 4 hours, Binaural endurance time is 2.5 hours

Question: Why is my phone unable to display the headset's battery power?
Answer: Based on your Bluetooth device's capability and software version, it might not be able to display your headphone's battery level.

Question: When taking a call, I can only hear the conversation from one ear piece only?
Answer: We are currently working on improving this feature, this is a common Bluetooth restriction which is mainly due to software and hardware restrictions.

Instructions for use of mobile power:
-Separate the bottom section by gently pulling them apart
-The power button allows you to verify the battery level
-You will notice a male Micro USB which will allow you recharge multiple devices (included as well : Lightning and Type C converters)
-You will notice a female Micro USB, this will allow you to recharge the powerbank charging case
4 Blue LEDs to show the level of battery
