alright guys so in this video here today we're gonna be taking a look at polyfill kinda like a no polyfill versus polyfill comparison by ear we're gonna start off by building two identical enclosures and while you watch the sexy footage I'm gonna explain a little bit of the theory behind polyfill so to my understanding the theory behind polyfill is it's the [ __ ] you find in pillows but you know what the product is but what does it do and why does it do it well basically without dumbing it down too much when you fill an airspace that's X amount large you it takes X amount of time or Y amount of time for the sound wave within the box to travel from one side to the other polyfill what it's meant to do is it's meant to slow down that sound wave in your box therefore as the guy on Sonic Electronix his explanation video tricks the woofer well yeah it just takes longer for that pressure wave
