hey what's going on guys Boston here I've gotten some questions about what headphones I use when I'm playing drums in my videos so I figured I would just go ahead and make a video review for you guys so the headphones that I use are these guys right here and these are the direct sound IX 29 extreme isolation headphones so let's take a look at them okay so let's talk about the design of these headphones they were originally designed by a studio drummer specifically for drumming which is what initially drew me to these because they're very few headphones out there that are made specifically for drumming so from looking at them you can see that there's nothing gimmicky or flashy about them which is great because it means they were designed for pure functionality they haven't around the ear design with some nice soft ear cushions which makes them comfortable to wear for long periods of time
