this is a video by Richmond today we're working on a Ford Taurus this happens to be a 2007 model what we're doing today is we are removing the radio and instrument cluster first thing we need to do is remove the negative battery cable from the battery now once we do that we can stop by removing the radio and you'll need some special removal tools to do that like I have here now right here on the radio we have some holes in this piece right here that will insert these horseshoe pieces and we need to push out on them like to the outer edge there we go little finagling some of these come out better than others okay now we are going to remove all our connections and there are quite a few of them then you get your vacuum switch over here okay step back and switch NLS electrical connector okay there's our radio she's all out especially heater controls and oh wow I get to add a CD player Wow w
