Yamaha RX-A800 7.1-Channel Audio/Video Receiver (OLD VERSION) (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

Here in front of me I’ve got their A700 receiver, both of the receivers support some common features like 6 HDMI version 1.4 inputs that allow for 3D video pass-through and an audio return channel. They both incorporate Yamahas YPAO room correction system which is going to do all of the computer work for setting up your speakers inside the receiver. Both feature the iPod dock connection for Yamahas proprietary iPod dock and second zone audio for music in the kitchen or even out on a deck and they’re 7.2-channel receivers. A couple of unique features to Yamaha’s A700 receiver are its 90 watt per channel power amplifier, and it’s analog to HDMI upscaling to 1080p resolution.
