today we're gonna be taking a look at doing a minor repair on my Zen watch - it has a speaker built into it and it is currently not making any sound if I go to the options and force it to make a ring tone sound you will hear nothing now it is actually making a little bit of sound I found out recently if I hold up to microphone might be able to hear it making some sounds but it's very inaudible and this is a maximum volume so we're gonna go ahead and disassemble it and see if we can't clean out some contacts or maybe there are some gunk locking the speaker grille and get this working as you can probably tell this watch is fairly dirty here I've been wearing this almost every day for two years now and it has seen some time and some crud and sweat so I think it should just probably be torn down and cleaned anyway first thing we're going to need to do is remove the watch strap the stock wat
