today we're looking at the MTX audio road thunder series subwoofers my name is Seth wild and this is an excellent subwoofer for entry to mid-level audio systems around the outside here you have this high roll rubber surround that's going to increase the volume displacement you have a polypropylene cone that's stiff lightweight and rigid and is going to increase the sensitivity rating on the inside you have this nice voice coil that's going to allow for consistent performance even at high volumes and for an extended period of time and it's not going to overheat and along the outside here you have these push terminals that's going to allow for a sturdy connection when you're hooking this thing up to the amplifier the MTX audio rode thunder series subwoofers are going to be available in 8 inch 10 inch 12 inch and 15 inch the 8 inch is rated rms at 200 watts the 10 and 12 inch at 250 watts
