Pataks - Balti Spice Paste - 283g

[Music] hi guys i've got a lamb balti in the making i've got a kilo of lamb which is kook it off now and i'm gonna sear it in the crock pot i've got six garlic cloves one green and one red bell pepper two medium onions white sliced two cans of chopped tomatoes which is around 800 grams of chopped tomatoes [Music] four spoonfuls of ginger and i'm gonna add this paste along with around 250 milliliters of water cook it about three hours on gas mark four and then keep checking it to make sure it's not thickening too quick [Music] when you're adding the water to the paste make sure you all the hot water into the jar first and remove all the spices and i'll give you a tip as well never use a plastic container to do your spices in because it will stick to the plastic and you'll never get rid of it always use a glass one [Music] so [Music] you
